Shipping Process
We ship faster than you expect. Most of the products showcased on the site are in stock and we usually ship them out within 2 business days after your payment has been confirmed.

Some of our Limited Time Sales and Special Order products may be held in overseas warehouses or with our partner suppliers. For these products, we aim to ship within a week after order confirmation.

Please note that Special Order and other high value purchases may be subject to extra approval checks to help mitigate the risk of a fraudulent transaction.

Shipping Locations
We ship globally and use a variety of shipping providers to ensure a high standard of service. We have corporate accounts with major global shipping couriers (FEDEX, UPS) and local postage authorities like the Hong Kong Post. 
For high value transactions, we use specialist courier companies (such as PARCELPRO) with third party insurance protection.

Shipping Charges does not profit from shipping fees and we seek to offer you the most competitive shipping rates available in our industry. In most cases, we heavily subsidize your shipping cost by offering reduced "Flat Rate" standard and express fees for consignments below 5kg.

We also offer regular product promotions with free shipping. These promotions are time and category bound and are usually advertised within our monthly newsletter and showcased on our front page.

Customs Duties
Most countries are shipped on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, which means that all relevant import taxes and duties are included in the final purchase price.

Whereas, when a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) destination is selected, the product prices displayed are exclusive of all taxes and duties. So once your order arrives at its destination you will be required to pay all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country in order to release your order from customs.

Liability will not be held liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company / postal authorities and only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company and postal authorities within the stipulated period from the date of the order or once the payment has been approved.

Delivery of all orders will only be to the delivery address specified by the customer during the checkout process.

Our return policy lasts 5 days once you receive your item. After 5 days unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. We do not accept any returns for Limited Time Sale products and Special Order purchases due to the logistical constraints in restocking these products.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all paperwork and accessories that were sent along with the item. Lastly, the return item must sent using a trackable shipping service to the warehouse address that we send you once we authorize your return.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we have authorized your return and communicated our return address. You may email us at if you need to return an item.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or any restocking fees that may be applied.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a few days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at

Return Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to the return warehouse address provided in your authorisation email.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping cost for returning your item. Additionally, returned items may be subject to a restocking fee. If you receive a refund, the restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Without this, we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
